PUSKAPIK.COM, Tegal – Seorang remaja, Riski Juanda (18), warga Desa Karanganyar Rt 05 Rw 05, Kecamatan Dukuhturi, Kabupaten Tegal diamankan Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polres Tegal Kota karena mencabuli FTR (17) gadis yang dikenalnya melalui media sosial Facebook.
Dalam rungkap kasus di Mapolres Tegal Kota, Selasa siang, 30 Juni 2020 dijelaskan, pencabulan bermula saat korban berkenalan dengan seorang laki-laki mengaku bernama Erik alias Acil melalui Facebook tanggal 28 April 2020 lalu. Erik saat ini berstatus DPO.
“Tersangka ada dua, namun satunya bernama Erik berstatus DPO,” kata Wakapolres Tegal Kota, Kompol Joko Wicaksono di sela-sela ekspos.
Dari perkenalan tersebut, Erik dan korban bertemu di lapangan desa Grobog Kulon, Kecamatan Pangkah, Kabupaten Tegal. Kemudiam dengan menggunakan sepeda motor Erik mengajak korban menemui Tersangka Riski Juanda. Dalam perjalanan, Erik sempat membeli minuman keras di daerah Banjaran, Kecamatan Adiwerna, Kabupaten Tegal.
Kemudian, Tersangka Riski Juanda dan Erik mengajak korban menemui temannya di sebuah tempat di Kelurahan Pesurungan Lor, Kecamatan Margadana, Kota Tegal. Namun, teman yang hendak ditemui tidak ada, Tersangka Riski dan Erik meminum Tuak yang dibeli sebelumnya.
“Dalam kondisi terpengaruh minuman keras, kedua tersangka memperkosa korban,” kata Wakapolres Tegal Kompol Joko Wicaksono.
Menurut Joko, usai diperkosa korban ditinggal begitu saja di jalan yang kondisinya gelap. Joko mengungkapkan, kedua tersangka juga sempat memukul wajah korban dan mengancam akan menusuk korban mengguankan Kalung Tarin Babi karena korban berontak.
“Kedua tersangka mengancam akan menusuk korban karena berontak,” ujar Joko.
Polisi berhasil meringkus tersangka Riski Juanda setelah melakukan penyelidikan usai menerima laporan dari korban.
“Tersangka kami jerat dengan pasal 81 UU Perlindungan anak. Kami juga masih melakukan pengejaran terhadap tersangka Erik,” tegas Wakapolres.
