PUSKAPIK.COM, Pemalang- Menteri Pertanian Republik Indonesia, Syahrul Yasin Limpo, mengunjungi lokasi budidaya lele sistem bioflok yang dikembangkan Kelompok Tani Lele Mutiara, Desa Kaligelang, Kecamatan Taman, Pemalang, Senin 7 Desember 2020.
Dalam kunjungan tersebut, menteri dari Partai Nasdem itu nampak antusias mengikuti panen lele hasil budidaya Poktan setempat.
“Kami bersama Dirjen Perikanan Dan Kelautan didampingi Kementerian Pertanian ingin memastikan semua program-program dalam konsepsi dan implementasi KKP semuanya berjalan. Dan saya melihat hari ini pengembangan lele yang bagus ini bisa menjadi percontohan di daerah-daerah lain, ” ujarnya.

Yasin Limpo berharap, program budidaya lele bisa menjadi akselerasi dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di berbagai daerah tentunya dengan dukungan pemerintah daerah setempat.
“Seperti apa yang disampaikan bapak presiden kegiatan-kegiatan pemerintah harus bisa berkontribusi kesejahteraan dan ekonomi rakyat khususnya pada masa pandemi sekarang ini,” ujarnya.
Selain itu dalam kegiatan ini Yasin Limpo juga menyerahkan bantuan pengembangan perikanan budidaya di Kabupaten Pemalang dengan total Rp 2,3 M dalam bentuk paket bioflok, pakan, benih, dan paket rehabilitasi saluran tambak udang padat karya.
Dirjen Kementerian KKP bidang Perikanan Budidaya, Slamet Subjakto menambahkan, dukungan terhadap petani perikanan budidaya di Jateng terus diupayakan. Salah satunya dengan bantuan yang sudah disalurkan kepada beberapa kelompok tani perikanan budidaya senilai Rp 3 M lebih di Kabupaten Pemalang.
“Sedangkan di seluruh Indonesia sekitar Rp 400 M, yang tentunya bisa di kembangkan dari kementerian-kementerian yang lain. Dan di tahun 2021 akan ada identifikasi untuk calon penerima dan lokasi yang lain, ” ungkapnya.
Ketua Poktan Lele Mutiara, Sudianto, menceritakan ide awal dia dan kelompoknya menggeluti pembudidayaan lele sistem bioflok.
“Sebelumnya sudah kita lakukan dengan kelompok budidaya lele ini, tapi masih sporadis dan setelah berjalan 3 tahun ternyata belum maksimal. Dan di tahun 2015 kita tersentuh oleh dinas perikanan Kabupaten Pemalang untuk menerapkan program dari KKP pusat yaitu sistem bioflok. Dari situlah kita sempurnakan dalam kegiatan kelompok tani ini,” katanya.
Sudianto mengungkapkan, melalui budidaya lele bioflok ini, dirinya bisa menghemat pakan, memudahkan dalam pemanenan dan pemanenan.
“Bisa menghemat pakan 30 persen, dalam satu bioflok ukuran 3×3 M kita tebar 3000 benih ukuran 3-5 Cm, maka dalam 3 bulan sudah panen. Dan ada harapan yang lebih spektakuler lagi kalau ditebar benih ukuran 10 Cm dalam 1,5 bulan bisa panen. Ini yang nantinya kita jadikan bahan-bahan pelatihan-pelatihan bagi masyarakat,” pungkasnya.
Rombongan kementerian pertanian ini melanjutkan kegiatannya ke desa Petanjungan, Kecamatan Petarukan untuk mengikuti panen raya.
