PUSKAPIK.COM, Pemalang – Di pengujung akhir 2020, anggota DPRD Kabupaten Pemalang menggelar rapat evaluasi pelaksanaan peraturan daerah (perda) 2016-2020 di ruang rapat paripurna, Kamis, 16 Desember 2020.
Dari puluhan perda yang dievaluasi, salah satunya mengenai penanganan prostitusi di wilayah Comal Baru, di mana praktik prostitusinya berkedok warung kopi di jalan pantura, Desa Jatirejo, Kecamatan Ampelgading.
Fraksi Gerindra, Wardoyo menyebut, aktivitas prostitusi di wilayah Comal Baru yang menempati lahan milik PT Perkebunan Nasional IX Jawa tengah terkesan terang-terangan. “Jadi untuk dinas terkait seperti apa penangananya, apakah sudah dilakukan tindakan apa belum,” kata Wardoyo dalam rapat evaluasi pelaksaan perda yang juga dihadiri Organisasi Pimpinanan Daerah (OPD) Pemerintah Kabupaten Pemalang.

Hal yang sama juga dilontarkan Masrukhin Ahmadi dari Fraksi Golkar. Ia mempertanyakan peran dinas terkait seperti Dinas Sosial dan Satpol PP. Dalam penanganan portitusi, berapa persentase antara aduan dan pelaksanaan langsung.
“Jadi berapa jumlah aduan masyarakat yang ditindaklanjuti dan berapa pelaksanaan langsung tanpa aduan,” kata Masrukhin.
Dalam rapat evaluasi perda ini, anggota Fraksi Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) Sutiah berharap semua OPD dapat melaksanakan dan mengoptimalkan perda yang sudah dibuat, dalam pelaksanaan penanganan Perda Prostitusi.
