PUSKAPIK.COM, Pemalang – Memasuki pergantian tahun 2021, Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olahraga (Disparpora) Pemalang, meminta pelatih maupun atlet tetap beraktivitas. Mereka dituntut lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam melaksanakan program di tengah pandemi Covid-19.
Itu disampaikan Sobirin, Kabid Pemuda dan Olahraga, Disparpora Pemalang, saat ditemui di koperasi Satgas Pemuda, Kamis 21 Januari 2021.
“Di bidang olahraga, yang atlet itu tidak mati gaya. Artinya tahun 2022 mungkin sudah normal kembali, sehingga tahun 2021 para penggiat olahraga itu lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam menjalankan program,†kata Sobirin.
Sobirin menuturkan, untuk tahun ini di bidang olahraga tidak muluk-muluk mengejar prestasi. Karena di tengah pandemi Corona seperti sekarang ini, keaktifan para penggiat olahraga sudah menjadi suatu nilai baik.
“Kalau prestasi tetap menjadi goal, tapi jangan dipaksakan di tahun ini. Karena kalau dipaksakan tahun ini nanti ngawur, akhirnya serampangan,†tutur Sobirin.
Selama pandemi Covid-19, pertandingan laga tidak diselenggarakan karena tak sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan. Saat ini, Disparpora tengah menggagas perlombaan secara virtual.
“Itu lomba pencak silat, tapi seni, sehingga mereka memperhatikan jurus secara virtual. Kemudian juggling sepak bola, mereka rekam dengan video original, kemudian dikirim dengan durasi tertentu. Itu nanti kita akan punya team juri yang menilai,†kata Sobirin.
Sobirin mengarahkan, seluruh penggiat olahraga baik atlet maupun pelatih tetap beraktivitas dengan inovatif. Contohnya melaksanakan latihan secara virtual.
“Beberapa cabang olahraga, atau cabang olahraga binaan kita, sudah dikirimi surat edaran bahwa mereka harus tetap beraktivitas dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan,†jelas Sobirin.
