PUSKAPIK.COM, Pemalang-Ketua Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (Apindo) Kabupaten Pemalang, Edy sisworo memastikan pembayaran Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) dibayarkan sesuai aturan.
“Semua akan dibayarkan sesuai dengan peraturan, dibayarkan sebelum 7 hari jelang hari raya,” ungkap pengusaha garmen di Pemalang itu, Senin 26 April 2021.
Lanjutnya, berbeda dengan pembayaran THR di awal masa pandemi lalu, kali ini beberapa perusahaan tidak menggunakan mekanisme pembayaran bertahap. Meskipun ada SE Kemenaker yang masih memperolehkan pembayaran THR secara bertahap akibat dampak pandemi.

Edi mengatakan, kondisi beberapa perusahaan belum sepenuhnya membaik akibat pandemi Covid-19. Terutama dalam menghadapi pasar dalam negeri yang masih lemah daya belinya.
“Sektor garmen dan konveksi yang didominasi banyak perusahaan di Pemalang sendiri belum membaik, masih berat,”keluhnya.
Apindo berharap kepada pemerintah, demi mengejar stabilitas perekonomian perusahaan, program vaksinasi segera diselesaikan.
Kasi Pengupahan Disnaker Pemalang, Arya Dhyta saat dihubungi melalui ponselnya menyampaikan, sampai saat ini belum ada perusahaan yang mengirimkan pengajuan keberatan dalam hal pembayaran THR. Kondisi ini tentunya berbeda dengan tahun sebelumnya dimana beberapa perusahaan secara terang-terangan mengajukan penangguhan pembayaran THR kepada pihak Disnaker Pemalang karena dampak pandemi.
“Bahkan salah satu perusahaan ada yang dibayarkan hari ini, 26 April 2021 secara full,” katanya.
Terkait kelonggaran pembayaran THR, Dhyta mengatakan secara aturan boleh dibayarkan secara bertahap, namun harus sesuai kesepakatan anatar perusahaan dan pekerja.
“Informasi dari grup WA ada beberapa perusahaan yang berencana membayar 2 kali, atau bertahap, namun itu tadi saya sampaikan syarat untuk mengadakan kesepakatan dengan pekerja,” pungkasnya.
