PUSKAPIK.COM, Brebes – Islamic Center, Gedung PGRI dan Hotel Kencana, disiapkan Pemkab Brebes, sebagai tempat isolasi terpusat untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya lonjakan Covid-19.
“Untuk mewaspadai terjadinya lonjakan pasien positif Covid-19,’ ujar Sekda Brebes, Djoko Gunawan Rabu 16 JunI 2021.
Menurut dia, dari tiga tempat tersebut akan disiapkan ratusan ruang isolasi mandiri. Di Islamic Center misalnya, ada kurang lebih 205 ruang isolasi yang terdapat di lantai satu dan dua. Kemudian, di Hotel Kencana ada sekitar 30 ruang isolasi dan di Gedung PGRI kurang lebih ada belasan ruang isolasi.
“Kami siapkan lebih dari dua ratus tempat tidur sebagai antisipasi terjadinya lonjakan kasus Covid-19. Semuanya juga sudah dicek langsung oleh bupati kemarin,” jelasnya.
Lebih lanjut Sekda mengatakan, di tiga lokasi isolasi terpusat ini nantinya akan diperuntukan bagi warga yang secara epidomologis masuk zona merah. Antara lain seperti Kecamatan Jatibarang, Wanasari dan Banjarharjo.
“Selain menyiapkan ruang isolasi terpusat, kami dengan bantuan kecamatan, TNI-Polri dan puskemas juga memberikan edukasi pasien Covid-19 agar mau melakukan isolasi di Islamic Center,” tukasnya.
Tempat isolasi ini kita siapkan agar mempermudah penanganan terhadap warga yang terkena Covid-19. Upaya ini sekaligus untuk menekan sebaran viruas corona di Brebes.
Sesuai data Dinkes, hingga Minggu (13/6), jumlah kasus positif Covid-19 di Brebes mencapai 6.994 orang. Jumlah tersebut terdiri dari 6.236 orang dinyatakan sembuh 198 orang dirawat, 229 isolasi mandiri dan 331 orang dilaporkan meninggal dunia.
