PUSKAPIK.COM, Slawi– Tak kunjung dibukanya obyek wisata Guci membuat para pelaku usaha di obyek wisata terbesar di Kabupaten Tegal itu kian resah. Mereka sempat memiliki harapan, saat Dinas Pemuda,Olah Raga dan Pariwisata (Disporapar) Kabupaten Tegal menggelar simulasi pembukaan obyek wisata Guci untuk wisatawan beberapa hari lalu.
Pelaku usaha beranggapan, setelah simulasi Guci akan dibuka kembali di tengah PPKM Level 3. Tidak hanya senang, sebagian pedagang di Guci juga sudah belanja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan.
Namun, harapan para pelaku usaha seketika pupus, saat sehari setelah simulasi ternyata Guci belum juga dibuka. Kini mereka mengaku pasrah, tidak tahu harus berbuat apa.
“Kami hanya pasrah, bingung, harus berbuat apa lagi,” kata Ketua Paguyuban Homestay obyek wisata Guci, Sopan, Jumat siang, 27 Agustus 2021.
Sopan mengatakan, dirinya dan para pelaku usaha lainnya di Guci merasa diberi harapan palsu, dengan adanya pelaksanaan simulasi pembukaan obyek wisata Guci.
“Ternyata kita di PHP (pemberian harapan palsu). Kasihan teman-teman pedagang. Mereka sebagian besar sudah belanja,” tuturnya.
Ketua Pemuda Mandiri Mitra Damai Desa Guci (Permadi) Ali Burhan, mengaku tidak bisa berbuat banyak. Ia hanya berharap agar obyek wisata Guci segera dibuka kembali. Sebab, kondisi para pelaku usaha sudah sangat memprihatinkan. Mereka bahkan berencana akan menggelar aksi, karena sudah kesulitan untuk bertahan hidup.
“Saya dapat kabar, paguyuban mau menggelar aksi turun ke jalan. Tapi saya tidak tahu waktunya kapan,” ungkapnya.
Bupati Tegal Umi Azizah menegaskan, saat ini Kabupaten Tegal masih level 3 Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM). Karena itu, sejumlah tempat wisata di wilayah tersebut belum bisa dibuka.
“Untuk fasilitas umum seperti area publik, taman umum, tempat wisata dan area publik lainnya di daerah dengan kriteria pembatasan PPKM level tiga ditutup sementara. Tunggu level 2, baru bisa dibuka. Termasuk Guci,†kata Umi Azizah.
Kepala Dinas Pariwisata dan Pemuda Olahraga Kabupaten Tegal Saidno menuturkan simulasi di objek wisata Guci yang digelar beberapa waktu lalu, bukan menjadi penanda dibukanya kegiatan pariwisata, melainkan hanya panduan bagi petugas dan wisatawan saat akan memasuki objek wisata.
“Simulasi itu dimulai dari pengecekan vaksinasi pada wisatawan, pengukuran suhu tubuh, metode pembayaran non tunai hingga pembatasan jam operasional buka. Sementara nanti, wisatawan dibatasi dari Kabupaten Tegal dulu, yang dari luar kota harus putar balik,†tukasnya.
