PUSKAPIK.COM, Pemalang – Bupati Pemalang, Mukti Agung Wibowo, memastikan hingga kini belum ada penunjukan pelaksana tugas (Plt) Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) pasca Mokhamad Arifin menyatakan mundur dan mengajukan pensiun dini.
“Kita mungkin akan menunjuk pelaksana harian (Plh). Karena kalau Plt kan harus ada persetujuan pemerintah provinsi.” ujar Mukti Agung Wibowo saat ditemui Puskapik.com, Rabu 20 Juli 2022.
Seperti diketahui, saat ini Dirreskrimsus Polda Jawa Tengah sudah menetapkan Mokhamad Arifin menjadi tersangka kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pembangunan jalan di Kabupaten Pemalang pada tahun 2010.
Mukti Agung Wibowo menyebut, alasan belum adanya penunjukan Plt maupun Plh Sekda ini karena dirinya belum menerima pemberitahuan secara tertulis dari Polda Jawa Tengah terkait penetapan Mokhamad Arifin sebagai tersangka.
“Kalau memang kami menerima pemberitahuan status (Mokhamad Arifin) secara fisik ya akan kita tindaklanjuti. Kalau sudah kami terima ya bisa langsung kita tunjuk Plh.” jelas Bupati.
“Perlu saya sampaikan, nantinya untuk penetapan Sekda itu di provinsi. Kami hanya mengajukan beberapa nama.” imbuhnya.
Bupati Mukti Agung Wibowo juga menegaskan, hingga kini belum ada kandidat Sekda Pemalang yang akan diajukan ke Pemprov Jateng. “Belum ada, kita enggak pernah menyampaikan kemana-mana.” tegasnya.
Lebih lanjut, mengenai pengunduran diri Mokhamad Arifin sebagai Sekda dan pengajuan pensiun dini, Mukti Agung Wibowo menyebut, hal itu sudah diproses Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Pemalang.
“Sudah diproses, tapi saya kurang tahu apakah BKD sudah dikirim ke provinsi apa belum. Kemarin malah izin langsung ke pusat. Saya belum tahu perkembangannya.” ungkap Mukti Agung Wibowo.
Sebelumnya saat dihubungi Puskapik.com, Kepala BKD Jawa Tengah, Wisnu Zaroh, menyampaikan, pihaknya belum menerima surat pengunduran diri Sekda Pemalang.
“Berkas surat pengunduran diri Sekda Pemalang sampai hari ini belum kami terima. Jadi belum ada proses apapun,†ujarnya saat dihubungi via telepon, Selasa 19 Juli 2022.
