PUSKAPIK.COM, Pemalang – Perusahaan properti PT Rizky Group Propertyndo (RGP) menggelar akad massal calon debitur Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) bersubsidi Perumahan Pemalang Indah Regency 13 Kaligelang.
Akad massal KPR bersubsidi ini menjadi sinergitas PT RGP dengan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) mendukung program ‘Sejuta Rumah’ dan membantu masyarakat memiliki rumah dengan cicilan murah.
Pelaksanaan akad massal KPR Perumahan Pemalang Indah Regency 13 yang diikuti puluhan calon debitur itu digelar di RGP Convention Center, Bojongbata, Pemalang, Senin 20 Mei 2024.

Prosesi akad massal KPR ini juga turut disaksikan langsung Bupati Pemalang, Mansur Hidayat serta Pj Kepala Kanwil BTN Jawa Tengah – D.I.Y, Sri Soekminiarni.
Direktur Utama PT Rizky Group Propertyndo, Dicky Pawang Setiawan, menuturkan, sedikitnya ada 50 calon debitur yang mengikuti akad massal KPR bersubsidi PIR 13 Kaligelang ini.
“Ya, ada sekitar 50 orang yang mengikuti akad massal dari total 214 calon debitur. Dari ratusan calon debitur ini hampir 60 persen adalah pasangan muda.” jelas Dicky.
Dicky menyebut gelaran akad massal KPR bersubsidi ini merupakan bukti kerjasama yang baik antara perusahaannya dengan BTN. Dicky pun berharap sinergitas ini terus terjalin.
“Semoga sinergitas ini bisa membantu masyarakat Pemalang untuk memiliki rumah impian dengan harga murah, uang muka terjangkau, dan cicilan ekonomis.” ujarnya.
Hal senada diungkapkan Sri Soekminiarni, Pj Kepala Kanwil BTN Jawa Tengah – D.I.Y. Menurutnya, akad massal ini adalah wujud kerjasama yang baik antara BTP dan PT RGP yang sudah terjalin selama 10 tahun.
“Kami mengapresiasi PT RGP atas kerjasama ini. Jadi akad massal ini juga mendukung program ‘Sejuta Rumah’ oleh pemerintah.” ungkapnya.
Dikatakan Sri Soekminiarni, pihaknya pun mendorong pengembang-pengembang properti lain yang menjadi mitra BTN agar bisa menggelar akad massal seperti yang dilaksanakan PT Rizky Group Propertyndo.
Sementara itu Bupati Pemalang, Mansur Hidayat, menyebut program rumah bersubsidi ini sangat membantu warga masyarakat Pemalang untuk memiliki rumah yang merupakan kebutuhan dasar.
“Kami mendorong seluruh masyarakat agar memanfaatkan kesempatan ini. Nyicil rumah kan kayak nabung, karena nantinya rumah itu jadi milik kita. Daripada ngontrak.” tuturnya.
