PUSKAPIK.COM, Purwokerto – Bupati Banyumas, Achmad Husein turun ke jalan melakukan pemantauan dan razia kewajiban memakai masker bagi warga Banyumas.
Operasi dilakukan di beberapa titik di Jalan Protokol Purwokerto seperti di Simpang Masjid Purwokerto, Simpang Sawangan dan Simpang Palma atau Simpang Sutosuman, Kamis 16 April 2020.
Kewajiban memakai masker ini tertuang dalam Surat Keputusan (SK) Bupati Nomor 440/212/Tahun 2020 tentang Peran Serta Aktif Masyarakat dalam Penanggulangan Penyebarluasan Corona. Bahkan DPRD Kabuptaten Banyumas bersama Bupati pun telah menerbitkan Peraturan Daerah tentang Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Penyakit.
Tim patroli khusus tersebut berkewajiban memantau warganya yang tidak mengenakan masker. Sudah dua hari mulai Rabu 15 April 2020, melakuan razia di beberapa jalan di Purwokerto secara acak, berganti-ganti tempat.
Tim Gabungan dari Satpol PP, Polri, TNI dan Dinas Perhubungan memantau dan menegur para warga yang belum menggunakan masker untuk membuat surat pernyataan.
Menurut Husein, kampanye mengenakan masker selama pandemi corona harus terus dilakukan, karena dinilai cara paling efektif mencegah penularan virus corona. Hal ini terbukti di Vietnam dengan penduduk yang banyak orang yang terpapar virus paling sedikit karena warganya disiplin pakai masker.
“Kita lakukan sosialisasi dan bagikan masker dulu, sebelum aturan denda diberlakukan, karena tahap pertama satu juta masker baru untuk masyarakat. Diharapkan semua warga Banyumas akan menerima masker paling lambat tanggal 21 April,” kata Bupati.
Setelah sosialisasi dan pemberian masker kepada masyarakat sudah terbagi semua melalui RT dan Desa, maka denda akan diterapkan.
“Jadi tidak serta-merta dikenakan denda, kita edukasi dulu dengan membuat pernyataan,” jelas Bupati
Sanksi bagi pelanggar berupa denda sesuai Perda yang baru ditandatangani, sebesar Rp 50 ribu. Cara Bupati Banyumas “paksa” warganya pakai masker, untuk melindungi diri dan orang lain cukup ampuh. Hal ini terlihat saat pantauan langsung yang dilakukan Bupati hampir semua warga mengenakan masker.
“Dari 100 orang masih ada 4 hingga 5 orang yang belum menggunakan masker, mudah-mudahkan besok sudah memakai semua,†tambah Husein.
Selain rombongan bupati, 24 tim yang dikoordinir oleh Satpol PP juga merazia pejalan kaki, tukang parkir, pengguna jalan baik kendaraan roda dua mamupun roda empat.
