PUSKAPIK.COM, Slawi – Puluhan penambang tradisional mendatangi Satreskrim Polres Tegal, Senin siang,16 Agustus 2021. Mereka mengadu ke Polisi karena kini kehilangan mata pencahariannya, lantaran lahan yang biasa menjadi tempat menambang batu dan pasir di sekitaran Sungai kaligung, Desa Danawarih, Kecamatan Balapulang, Kabupaten Tegal, telah diaku milik orang lain dan ditutup pagar serta ditanggul.
“Jadi tanah Kaligung ini sekarang ada yang mengaku menjadi hak milik,” ujar Wahidin (56), salah satu penambang tradisional, warga Desa Danawarih.
Wahidin menyebut, orang yang mengklaim lahan di Sungai Kaligung tersebut adalah Kartomo alias Haji Tomo. Menurut Wahidin, lahan milik Haji Tomo berada di sebelah timur, bukan yang sekarang ditutup pagar dan tanggul.

“Jadi dia tanahnya di atas, tapi sekarang penginnya tanahnya di bawah, karena itu ada bahan baku yang sekarang menjadi rebutanlah,” kata Wahidin.
Akibat ditutupnya lokasi tambang, kini para penambang tradisional tidak bisa lagi melakukan penambangan. Mereka praktis kehilangan mata pencaharian. Sejumlah penambang yang mencoba tetap melakukan aktivitas penambangan mengaku mendapatkan ancaman dan intimidasi.
“Sudah pada takut. nggak bisa nambang lagi, sudah ditutup itu. yang nutup tas nama pak Haji Tomo,” kata Wahidin.
Hal senada diungkapkan penambang lainnya, Watab (60), ia mengeluh karena lokasi lahan yang bisa ditambang kini telah dipasang patok dan tali sehingga dirinya tak bisa menambang batu dan pasir lagi. Padahal, lokasi tersebut sudah turun temurun ditambang sejak dari orang tuanya dulu.
“Keluhan saya, lokasi yang tiap hari saya gali untuk menambang itu diklaim semua diakui milik Haji Tomo. Katanya dia punya surat, kalau memang begitu dari bapak saya sudah punya surat, kalau memang Kaligung bisa dibikin surat,” ujarnya.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Tegal AKP I Dewa Gede Ditya saat dikonfirmasi Puskapik.com, mengatakan, pihaknya membenarkan ada warga yang membuat aduan di Satreskrim Polres Tegal. Dia menegaskan, akan mempelajari isi pengaduan warga.
“Prinsipnya akan pelajari laporannya seperti apa, dan tentunya akan kita tindaklanjuti isi dari laporan itu,” kata Dewa.
Haji Tomo saat dikonfirmasi menjelaskan, dia sudah memiliki tanah di lokasi yang sekarang diributkan para penambang tradisional sejak 2010, tapi dijarah. Menurutnya, para penambang tradisional dipersilakan menambang di lahan miliknya asalkan membayar.
“Silakan nambang di saya dengan catatan mbayarlah wong itu tanah saya beli, tapi mereka tidak mau bayar,” kata Haji Tomo.
Sedangkan alasan penutupan lahan, Haji Tomo menjelaskan, awalnya polisi meminta bukti-bukti batas tanah saya. Setelah dia mendapatkannya dari Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) maka dia langsung melakukan penutupan.
“Setelah batas-batas itu ada, tak tutup tak tanggul. Tujuan ditutup apa? Supaya jangan dijarah. Tapi kalau masuk mau mbayar silakan,” katanya.
